Customer-centric banking with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

On the 29th of May, Comtrade System Integration together with its partner VeriPark organized an event dedicated to digital transformation of banking with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Vladimir Ljubibratić, Deputy Delivery Director of Comtrade SI, explained how financial organizations can take their digital initiatives to the next level with Microsoft Dynamics 365, a leading cloud-based CRM solution on the market.

In his presentation, he demonstrated the key features and benefits of Dynamics 365, such as a 360-degree view of the client, marketing automation and predictive analytics.  As explained by Ljubibratić, Dynamics 365 provides banks with an array of tools to understand their customer’s needs and wants, and provide relevant offers to retain and grow their client base.

Beni Melamet, Regional Sales Director CEE, Veripark, presented VeriPark Operative CRM and Campaign Management banking add-on. This solution, which comes with a range of finance modules, is built on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to enable financial organizations to put campaign management at the center of their digital transformation.
